Hydraulic Engineer ENGINEERING

Hydraulic Engineer

Experience 3–5 Years
Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Mechatronics

Qualification & Requirements

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in hydraulic systems and industrial equipment.
  • Good knowledge of hydraulic circuits, pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, manifolds, and control systems.
  • Ability to read hydraulic schematics, equipment drawings, and technical manuals.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic troubleshooting, pressure testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.
  • Good understanding of industrial safety procedures and work practices.

Key Responsibilities / KRA

  • Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of hydraulic systems.
  • Troubleshooting of hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and control systems.
  • Diagnose hydraulic system failures and identify root causes.
  • Carry out pressure testing, functional testing, and system performance checks.
  • Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams and technical drawings.
  • Supervise hydraulic equipment overhaul, repair, and assembly activities.
  • Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients and site teams for smooth execution of jobs.
  • Ensure compliance with approved procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Qualification ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Hydraulic / Related

Qualification & Requirements

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Hydraulic, or related technical trade.
  • 3–5 years of practical experience in hydraulic maintenance and servicing.
  • Good knowledge of hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, hoses, fittings, and hydraulic power packs.
  • Ability to understand basic hydraulic circuit diagrams.
  • Experience in dismantling, inspection, repair, assembly, and testing of hydraulic components.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic tools and pressure-testing equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities / KRA

  • Dismantling, inspection, servicing, and assembly of hydraulic components.
  • Installation and replacement of hydraulic hoses, fittings, valves, cylinders, and other components.
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic leakage, pressure, flow, and operational problems.
  • Perform hydraulic line flushing, cleaning, and purging.
  • Assist in pressure testing and functional testing of hydraulic systems.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Use hydraulic tools and testing equipment safely and correctly.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping and follow site safety procedures.
  • Support Hydraulic Engineers during site execution and commissioning activities.
  • Maintain service records and report technical observations to the Engineer/Supervisor.

E&I Engineer ENGINEERING

E&I Engineer

Qualification B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical / Instrumentation

Qualification & Requirements

  • B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance/service activities.
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, sensors, transmitters, control panels, and field instruments.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and instrument datasheets.
  • Knowledge of calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of instruments.
  • Familiarity with PLC, control systems, and industrial communication systems is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of electrical safety, instrumentation standards, and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities / KRA

  • Installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation faults and identify root causes.
  • Inspection, testing, and calibration of field instruments.
  • Work on transmitters, switches, gauges, sensors, control valves, and related instruments.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and P&IDs.
  • Perform continuity, insulation, loop, and functional testing.
  • Assist in PLC/DCS/control system troubleshooting and commissioning.
  • Prepare testing, calibration, inspection, and service reports.
  • Coordinate with clients and site teams for execution of E&I activities.

  • Installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
  • Assist in calibration and functional testing of field instruments.
  • Perform cable laying, termination, glanding, and electrical/instrument connections.
  • Troubleshoot sensors, switches, transmitters, gauges, control valves, and related equipment.
  • Carry out continuity, insulation, loop, and functional tests as required.
  • Assist Engineers during commissioning and shutdown activities.
  • Maintain tools, testing equipment, and work areas in good condition.
  • Follow approved work procedures, safety requirements, and site HSE rules.
  • Record inspection, testing, calibration, and maintenance activities.
  • Support the team in completing site activities within the planned schedule.
